Each item is examined and packed with at most care before shipment. The chances of receiving a damage products are very less.

If you have received any damage or wrong product then you order will be eligible for exchange within 1 day of order delivery. We have a strict No Refund Policy. The products under the sale category are not eligible for exchange.

To make a return, please share the PROPER  UNBOXING VIDEO of the order on WhatsApp @ +91 8448943689 or you can email us on illuniq.com and please make sure to include the reason for your return. We don't accept any size related returns or exchange. 

You have to ship the damaged product back to us and the shipping amount is not included in the refund amount.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

International Orders

We do not provide reverse pick up facility in
case of international shipments. All back
and forth shipping and brokerage charges
for returns or exchanges will be paid by the
customer.
