• The products bought can be exchanged for an alternate size, style or for ‘Store Credit’ and reverse pickup shipping is charged.
• A credit note equivalent to the return product cost is provided for returns.
• In case,you wish to exchange any product, you need to report it within 24 of delivery.
• Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
• In the case of returns and exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in thiscase.
• For all orders purchased, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.
